HarvestPAC is a non-connected, independent political action committee, registered with the Federal Election Commission.
The purpose of HarvestPAC is to provide funding to candidates for state and local elected offices, as well as for causes and ballot initiatives that share the values of our members.

Under United States law, HarvestPAC may solicit and accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, labor organizations and other political committees. It may not accept contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks or federally chartered corporations.
Statement of Organization
In compliance with FEC Form 1 (Statement of Organization—Unlimited Contributions), HarvestPAC declares that it intends to make independent expenditures, and consistent with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decision in SpeechNow v. FEC, it therefore intends to raise funds in unlimited amounts. This committee will not use those funds to make contributions, whether direct, in-kind, or via coordinated communications, to federal candidates or committees.
